Manual Order Submissions

If a product is not yet available in the online shop, you may place a manual order using this contact form. To ensure fast and accurate processing, please include all of the following in the Comments section:

• Item number(s) of the model(s) you wish to purchase

• Your PayPal email address

• Scale(s) requested (N, HO, S, or O)

• Any special notes related to your order

Once received, we will send a PayPal invoice and deliver your files by email.

Delivery Timeframes

• N & HO scale: within 24 hours
